Adorn — Menu Guide
Adorn Bar & Restaurant is the dining room of the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, on the 7th floor at 120 E Delaware Pl. It opened on October 1, 2020 in the space of the former Allium, which had closed permanently — Adorn is its direct, on-site successor in the same room. The launch was a collaboration with James Beard award-winning chef Jonathon Sawyer (per a Four Seasons press release, September 2020); the current executive chef is Brent Balika (per the OpenTable listing, crawled ~mid-September 2026). The restaurant holds a 4.8 OpenTable rating and serves all day, every day. Adorn publishes no menu prices online, so this guide covers what we verified: hours, chef, setting, and how to plan a visit. Everything is written in our own words.

The concept
Adorn debuted October 1, 2020 as the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago's all-day restaurant, launched in collaboration with James Beard award-winning chef Jonathon Sawyer (Four Seasons press release, 2020-09-22). It occupies the same 7th-floor room that housed Allium until that restaurant closed permanently — one line of history, stated plainly: Allium is gone; Adorn is its successor.
Menu pricing
Adorn publishes no menu prices on its official page. We did not find a verifiable current price list in our research (October 2026), so we list none here rather than guess. Check the official Four Seasons page or the OpenTable listing before booking.
