SW Steakhouse — Menu Guide
By Firoz Khan · FK Digital Media
One of Wynn Las Vegas's original restaurants — open since the resort's May 2005 grand opening and renovated in 2025 in a "vintage ocean liner" theme — SW Steakhouse is the classic Strip steakhouse with the best view in the business: it overlooks the Lake of Dreams, with a 90-foot waterfall and nightly multimedia shows. Executive chef Mark LoRusso runs a reinterpreted American steakhouse that holds a Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star rating, and the restaurant is one of only three in the US offering certified authentic Japanese Kobe beef. Below is our independent walkthrough of the menu with prices taken directly from the official Wynn online menu (fetched October 2026), plus what we'd order. Everything is written in our own words.

What we'd order
If we had one meal here, this is how we'd play it:
- The splurge: the 45-day dry-aged porterhouse for two ($245) — the best value among the big-format cuts.
- The connoisseur's move: 4 oz of Yonezawa A5 wagyu ($345) — certified authentic Japanese beef, exclusive to Wynn.
- To start: the bone marrow flambé ($65) — theater and richness in one.
- To finish: the Bananas Foster cheesecake ($32).
Planning your visit
- Request the terrace when you book — the open-air seats facing the Lake of Dreams are the prime view, but they're not guaranteed.
- Book via OpenTable; Friday–Saturday dinner fills up.
- No children under 5 — plan accordingly.
- Note: the chili-rubbed double rib eye once featured on Food Network no longer appears on the current menu; the ribeye lineup above is what's listed now.
