Los Fuegos — Menu Guide

By Firoz Khan · FK Digital Media

Los Fuegos is Francis Mallmann's Argentine open-fire restaurant at Faena Hotel Miami Beach — the Patagonian chef's first restaurant in the United States (he was featured on Netflix's Chef's Table, Season 1, and Esquire once called him "the most interesting chef in the world"). Everything here is cooked over wood fire — the asado way — including Mallmann's hallmark domino potatoes. Below is our independent walkthrough with prices from the official Faena dinner menu (dated February 4, 2026, fetched October 2026), plus the weekly Sunday Asado. Everything is written in our own words. Note: a 20% service charge is added to all checks.

What we'd order

If we had one meal here, this is how we'd play it:

  • The table move: the meat parrillada ($305 to share) — the full asado spread with the domino potatoes.
  • Solo steak: the prime ribeye ($112) — or the skirt steak ($49), the best value on the menu.
  • The Mallmann signature: the "Milanesa" ($88) — his famous take on the breaded tenderloin.
  • Sunday play: the $129 Sunday Asado — three courses, dessert buffet, live music.

Planning your visit

  • Book via OpenTable — the listing shows same-day bookings, but the parrilladas are shareable, so bring a table.
  • Sunday Asado runs 12:00–4:00 PM with live music from 12:30 — the most festive seating of the week.
  • Dress code: Elegant Chic.
  • Remember: a 20% service charge is added to all checks, on top of these prices.
