Torali — Menu Guide
By Firoz Khan · FK Digital Media
First, the correction that matters: Torali is not a Waldorf Astoria restaurant. It is the signature restaurant on the 12th floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago, above the Magnificent Mile, with skyline views, warm wood tones and glowing marble. In mid-2026 the restaurant unveiled refreshed breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar menus under newly appointed Executive Chef Damion Henry, pitched as merging the boldness of a contemporary steakhouse with the bright flavors of coastal Italian cuisine (FSR magazine, ~July 2026). Below is our independent walkthrough with prices from the official dinner menu PDF (fetched October 2026) and dated breakfast/lunch figures, plus what we'd order. Everything is written in our own words.

What we'd order
If we had one dinner here, this is how we'd play it:
- The signature order: the squid ink casarecce scampi ($32) — the most distinctive pasta on the menu.
- The steakhouse move: the grilled beef tenderloin ($58), or the NY strip ($54).
- To start: the burrata with jamón serrano ($22) — 2026 reviewers call the Di Stefano burrata "amazing."
- To finish: the tiramisu crepe cake ($12) or the triple chocolate layer cake ($14).
- For lunch: the Maine lobster roll ($52, FSR mid-2026) — the splurge play.
Planning your visit
- Three spaces in one: the dining room plus a bar, a rooftop lounge, and a greenhouse-inspired café — ask about the rooftop if the weather's right.
- Brunch and tea: the restaurant runs brunch with bottomless mimosas and occasional high-tea events (per 2026 guests), and takes Thanksgiving take-home pre-orders (per OpenTable Q&A).
- An attentive room: in 2026, management (Leo Enriquez, Director of Food & Beverage) personally responds to OpenTable reviews within days — a good sign of an alive, well-managed restaurant.
- No Michelin listing verified: we found no Michelin star or Michelin Guide listing for Torali as of October 2026 — we are not claiming one.
