The Nashville Grange — Menu Guide

By Firoz Khan · FK Digital Media

The Nashville Grange is the Grand Hyatt Nashville's all-day dining room on the lobby level — a Southern-inspired, "Tennessee-to-table" restaurant that runs from breakfast through dinner, with a weekend brunch. (It's the hotel's current restaurant in this space: Sean Brock's The Continental closed permanently in September 2023, and its replacement Bar Continental closed in May 2024 — the Grange is what replaced them.) The restaurant names no executive chef publicly, and we found no verified awards for it — so expect honest, straightforward hotel dining rather than a trophy room. Everything below is written in our own words.

Menu highlights — official site, no prices

The restaurant's official site lists current dishes but publishes no prices. Highlights, in our own words:

  • Breakfast: chicken chorizo chilaquiles, omelets, avocado toast, and a cinnamon pancake stack.
  • Lunch: sweet tea brined chicken, hot crab dip, and shrimp and grits.
  • Dinner: lamb ribs, bavette steak, and fish 'n chips.
  • Weekend brunch: smoked sausage gravy with biscuits, a strawberry and dark chocolate buttermilk buckwheat waffle, plus a biscuit board and Bloody Mary bar.

Reported prices

From a third-party menu PDF (menuweb, ~2026 era — labeled as such):

  • Buffet — $26.
  • Burger — $18.

Third-party reviewers also keep naming these diner favorites (reported, not official): Double Smashed Burger, Fried Chicken Benedict, Charcoal Beef Lettuce Wraps, Chilean sea bass, and Muscovy duck.

What we'd order

If we had one day here, this is how we'd play it:

  • Morning: the chicken chorizo chilaquiles or the cinnamon pancake stack.
  • Midday: the sweet tea brined chicken or the Double Smashed Burger ($18, third-party reported).
  • Evening: the lamb ribs or the bavette steak.
  • Weekend: the brunch spread with the biscuit board and Bloody Mary bar.

Planning your visit

  • No published prices: the restaurant doesn't post prices online — call 615-622-1234 or check Resy before you commit.
  • Book via Resy — that's the reservation channel listed on the official site.
  • Set expectations: no named chef and no verified awards — this is a solid all-day hotel restaurant, not a destination tasting room.
  • Pairing it: for a splurge night instead, see our Yolan guide — Nashville's Forbes Star Award-winning Italian room.
