Anasazi Restaurant — Menu Guide
Anasazi Restaurant is the dining room of Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi at 113 Washington Avenue, a block from the Plaza — the most decorated hotel dining room in Santa Fe. Executive chef Cristian Pontiggia (with chef de cuisine Oliver Cortez) cooks refined Southwestern food in an adobe room of viga beams and Native textiles: bison carpaccio, the famous mushroom cappuccino, Akaushi beef tenderloin. Unlike most peers, the restaurant's official site carries a real priced menu — though it's the in-room dining menu, so the dining-room figures may differ. Everything is written in our own words.
