Nobu — Menu Guide
By Firoz Khan · FK Digital Media
The Caesars Palace outpost of Nobu Matsuhisa's global empire sits inside the world's first Nobu Hotel — opened in 2013 as a venture between Matsuhisa, Caesars Palace, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper, in a David Rockwell-designed space. It was reported at opening as the world's largest Nobu restaurant, and it remains the only Nobu in the United States with teppan tables, where the teppanyaki omakase is cooked in front of you. OpenTable has named it an Icon in 2024, 2025, and 2026. A note on stars: the previous Nobu location at the old Hard Rock held a Michelin star in the 2008–2009 Vegas guides, but the Caesars Palace location earned no star in the inaugural 2026 Michelin Guide Southwest. Below is our independent walkthrough with prices from the current official Nobu menu (fetched October 2026), plus what we'd order. Everything is written in our own words.

What we'd order
If we had one meal here, this is how we'd play it:
- Non-negotiable: the black cod with miso ($49) — the dish that built the brand.
- The classics: yellowtail jalapeño ($37) and rock shrimp tempura ($35) — the Nobu canon.
- The splurge: A5 wagyu by the ounce ($55/oz) — or the $250 teppanyaki omakase for the full theater.
- Easy start: edamame ($10) or shishito peppers ($12) while you decide.
Planning your visit
- Book via OpenTable — it's an OpenTable Icon three years running (2024–2026), and prime slots go fast. Groups of 14+: (866) 733-5827.
- Dress code: business casual.
- Teppanyaki note: the $250 omakase requires the whole table to participate and isn't available after 9 PM — plan an earlier seating if that's your goal.
- The vegetarian and "Caesars" omakase prices aren't published on the official menu — ask when you book.
