The Best Hotel Restaurants in Minnesota
The Twin Cities' great hotel dining rooms run the full range: Gavin Kaysen's Mediterranean Mara at the Four Seasons Minneapolis, the supper-club institution St. Paul Grill, Nordic farm-to-table cooking at Tullibee in the Hewing Hotel, FireLake Grill House at the Radisson Blu Mall of America, the 1988 landmark Manny's Steakhouse in the Foshay Tower, and wood-fired Italian at Tavola in the Elliot Park Hotel. We've written an original, independent guide to each of the six below: what the menu looks like, what it costs, and what we'd order. Prices are reported figures, dated honestly — never copied menus.

Search interest
We research every expansion state with Google Trends (US, 12 months) before writing a word. Minnesota won our latest research round with a state mean of 3.0 — "st paul grill menu" at 6 and "mara minneapolis menu" at 0 — beating Oregon, Kentucky, Wisconsin, and Connecticut, and every state we'd built before it. One honest caveat: the interest is spike-driven (April, June, and August 2026 spikes for St. Paul Grill; Mara sat at zero all year) — real curiosity, but lumpy, not a flat baseline.
All verified open
Every restaurant here was verified open in October 2026 against its official site, an active reservation listing, and recent review activity. One substitution: the old downtown Radisson Blu is now the Royal Sonesta (its restaurant is Wood + Paddle, not FireLake), so we cover the open FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar at the Radisson Blu Mall of America in Bloomington instead.
Our honesty rules
Every guide is written in our own words from official and verified sources. Prices are labeled with their date and source — and where a restaurant publishes no prices (Mara, St. Paul Grill, Manny's, and current Tullibee menus), we say so plainly instead of guessing.
