Nobu Miami Beach — Menu Guide

By Firoz Khan · FK Digital Media

Nobu Miami Beach is the flagship dining room of Nobu Hotel Eden Roc — chef Nobu Matsuhisa's "New Style Japanese" (Japanese–Peruvian) restaurant, soft-opened in September 2016 inside the landmark 1956 Morris Lapidus–designed Eden Roc tower. Below is our independent walkthrough. A note on prices: Nobu's official site publishes no menu prices, so food prices here are from a third-party menu compilation (menuweb.menu, crawled ~August 2026, prices undated) and are reported, not official. Everything is written in our own words.

Signatures & reported prices

Nobu's official site does not publish food prices. The prices below are reported on menuweb.menu (third-party compilation, crawled ~August 2026, prices undated) — useful as a guide, not official:

  • Black Cod with Miso — $52 (reported): the dish Nobu is most famous for.
  • Washu Ribeye with Yuzu, Truffle & Crispy Onions — $85 (reported).
  • Wagyu Moromi Miso (2 oz) — $90 (reported); Prime Filet Beef Toban Yaki — $48 (reported).
  • King Crab Tempura with Amazu Ponzu — $58 (reported); Chilean Sea Bass with Black Bean Sauce — $58 (reported).
  • Roasted Octopus Aguachile — $48 (reported); Tai Sashimi Dry Miso — $36 (reported).
  • Lobster Shiitake Salad with Spicy Lemon Dressing — $64 (reported); Edamame — $9 (reported); Miso Soup — $9 (reported).

From the official site (fetched October 2026): the oyster bar offers a caviar pairing — 14g Kolikof Osetra caviar with nori-dusted chips and crème fraîche — at $50. Miami Spice 2026 ran a three-course prix fixe at $65, but that offer ran August 1–September 30, 2026 and has now ended.

What we'd order

If we had one meal here, this is how we'd play it:

  • Non-negotiable: the black cod miso — the signature of the whole brand.
  • The Miami upgrade: the oyster-bar caviar pairing ($50, official site).
  • The splurge: washu ribeye ($85 reported) or wagyu moromi miso ($90 reported).
  • Easy start: yellowtail jalapeño or rock shrimp tempura — the classics, then check prices with your server.

Planning your visit

  • Book via Nobu's own reservations page — walk-ins are welcome but evenings fill up. Same-day no-shows for parties of 5+ carry a $25/person fee.
  • Tanoshi Hours daily 5–close — the happiest-hour way to eat Nobu.
  • The 10-seat teppanyaki room is its own experience — book it separately if available.
  • Prices: since Nobu publishes none, ask your server for current pricing before ordering.
