The Best Hotel Restaurants in Nevada
Nevada means Las Vegas, and Las Vegas means the densest concentration of great hotel restaurants in America: two-Michelin-star French tasting temples, lake-view steakhouses, the world's first Nobu Hotel, and the hardest Italian reservation on the Strip. We've written an original, independent guide to each of the six below: what the menu looks like, what it costs, and what we'd order. Prices are reported figures, dated honestly — never copied menus.

Joël Robuchon
The Strip's temple of French fine dining — two 2026 Michelin stars, a 16-course dégustation reported at ~$445–$500, and the legendary bread and dessert carts. Our guide walks through the menu and the rituals.

Search interest, then notability
We checked Google Trends (United States, past 12 months) for hotel-restaurant menu queries across five states. Nevada won clearly: "joel robuchon menu" averaged 6.9 and "sw steakhouse menu" 2.9, for a Nevada mean of 4.9 — ahead of Illinois (2.4), Texas (1.4), South Carolina (1.3), and Louisiana (0.6). Both leaders headline this list; the rest earned their spots through awards, press, and history.
One city, six rooms
All six are on the Las Vegas Strip — MGM Grand, Wynn, Caesars Palace (twice), and ARIA (twice). That's where Nevada's hotel dining lives, from French tasting temples to steakhouses to the Strip's great Italian and Japanese rooms.
Original writing, always
We never copy a restaurant's menu text or photos. Every guide is written in our own words from publicly reported facts — prices dated honestly, with a nudge to verify before you visit.
A note on prices
All prices on this site are reported as of 2026, gathered from the restaurants' official published materials and reputable public sources. Menus and prices change frequently — please verify with the restaurant before visiting.
